At Pup Labs, we want you and your canine companion to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all unworn and unwashed fashion items. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right size or style for your pup.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping mailer or a similar protective envelope.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our lab receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
